Superior Marketing for Dental Professionals

Curriculum

Phase 1: Learning Phase
Working with the owner to learn about objectives, goals, likes and dislikes. What would visually represent the client in marketing materials. Learning about the staff’s level of enthusiasm and strong abilities that will help the practice to thrive. We will use all skills to help the practice to grow. Multiple consultations are sometimes necessary to gain a full understanding.

Phase 2: Analysis Phase
Decision making about a strategy to move forward. A budget is developed and the practice decides where to begin and what the targets are. Reports from the dental software are evaluated and examined. Recommendations for additional outside resources are also evaluated, including other software, media and trainings.

Phase 3: Implementation Phase
WOM will implement selected marketing strategies including web, in-person and classical media (to include a variety of tools.)

Phase 4: Team Meetings
Follow-up meetings to determine where the practice is going and the continued growth of the practice. Assessment tools used include the reports generated by the dental software in the office, inbound call reports and meetings with the staff.
